Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered to your requested address subject to courier/postage costs.
You will receive a dispatch email as soon as it has been sent/collected by the courier with estimated arrival time.
Alternatively, you may wish to collect your order from my studio in East anglia, FOC.

All original paintings are signed at the bottom right hand corner on the front of the artwork, accompanied by a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. Limited editions will be the same with the addition of the title and numbering along the bottom of the print.

Paintings shown are photographs of original artwork. Although every effort has been made to display the closest representation of the artwork, colours, definition and texture may differ from the image shown. This is due to the nature of photographs and the display of images on a computer screen.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Online purchases are delivered to addresses worldwide (subject to the correct courier/postage charge).
If you are overseas, outside the UK, and would like to make a purchase please get in touch to discuss shipping options, thank you!

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

A packing and delivery charge of £50 is applicable on all framed artwork.
Overseas orders will be subject to delivery charges, please get in touch to discuss costs.

COLLECT

You are welcome to collect your painting from Studio in East Anglia. Click ‘Collect Me’ at the checkout this is FOC.

HOW DO YOU SEND THE PAINTINGS?

Each painting is carefully packaged. We use protective cardboard & bubble wrap. They are securely taped and clearly labelled. Packages are delivered to you via a courier service.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PAINTING?

You will typically receive your purchase within 14 working days. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period. In some rare cases paintings are framed on order. Framing artwork means it will take longer than usual to receive your delivery. We will advise you of timing on receipt of your order should this be the case.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

returns & refunds policy

We understand that you may wish to return a product to us.

You will be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

(a)   we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

(b)   the returned product is not damaged in any way;

(c)    you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  • Notify us that you wish to return a product within 7 days of receiving delivery. Email hello@hannabuck.com
  • You will be responsible for paying all postage and packaging costs associated with returns under this policy.

This will need to be in person or by courier and insured due to the delicate nature of the artwork with due care and attention in place.

REFUNDS

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. Nor the courier/postage cost you have incurred by returning the artwork.

frequently asked questions

WHAT MEDIUM DO YOU PAINT IN?

I paint using numerous mediums (mixed media). Mainly acrylics as I like to see the colour straight away and don’t have the patience for oils. When I sketch I use pastels as they are easy to transport and give me that instant hit of colour. My paintings are sealed with a matt UV protective varnish.

WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR PAINTINGS?

DO YOU SIGN YOUR PAINTINGS?

WILL MY PAINTING BE READY TO HANG?

Yes, all framed artwork is ready to hang with string or hooks directly onto your wall. Deep canvas framed artworks are intended to hang flush against the wall and therefore require 2 hooks/screws.

HOW CAN I COMMISSION A PAINTING?

I’m not taking on commissions at the present time.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY PAINTING?

Your painting needs very little care. Very lightly dust the painting and frame with a clean feather duster or dry cloth. Do not use cleaning products.

WHAT IF MY PAINTING LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE IMAGE?

Paintings shown on my website are photographs of original artwork. Due to the nature of photographs and the display of images on a computer screen, images shown may not appear exactly the same as the painting.

Although every effort has been made to display the closest representation, the colours, definition and texture of the original artwork may differ from the image shown.
